Project Background
A large residential community in Weifang serves approximately 3,500 households. The winter central heating system requires high reliability, stable operation, and efficient heat transfer to ensure continuous and comfortable indoor heating during the heating season.

Our Solution
To meet the heating demand, the system was equipped with four plate heat exchangers, each with a heat transfer area of 150 m², configured in a 3-in-operation + 1-standby arrangement. This design ensures system redundancy and uninterrupted heating operation under peak load conditions.

Performance & Results
During winter operation, the plate heat exchangers delivered stable and efficient heat transfer, providing uniform heat distribution throughout the secondary heating network. The solution successfully ensured reliable heating for all 3,500 households, while improving system safety and reducing maintenance risks.
